Renting a Storage Unit

Yes, we provide climate-controlled units that maintain consistent temperature and humidity. These spaces are ideal for furniture, electronics, documents, artwork, wood items, and any belongings sensitive to heat or moisture. Availability depends on the size you choose.


Ceiling heights range from about four feet in small closet-style spaces to 10–14 feet in larger units. Taller ceilings are great for stacking, helping you maximize every inch of space.


Appointments aren’t required, feel free to stop by during office hours. Calling ahead is helpful but not necessary, and our staff will gladly show you around.


Only the person listed on the lease may sign the rental agreement, unless legal documentation shows you’re an authorized agent or guardian.


No problem! Storage needs often change. Our team can help you upsize, downsize, or add another unit anytime.


Restricted items include perishables, flammables, explosives, hazardous materials, and anything prohibited by county, state, or federal law. Please speak with a Storage Expert for the full list of excluded items outlined in your rental agreement.

Our office is open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.


Customers enjoy extended access from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, seven days a week.


No. You supply your own lock, and only you hold the key, meaning you have exclusive access. Our staff does not keep master keys or copies. If you need a lock, we offer them for purchase in the main office.


Because we do not retain keys for any units, you’ll need to contact a locksmith to remove or replace your lock. If you need help, our team can provide recommendations for trusted local locksmiths.


Yes, we can receive deliveries from carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and more. Our staff will sign for your packages and keep them secure until you arrive. Just speak with the facility manager to set up package acceptance.


Leases, Payment, and Insurance
We offer easy online bill pay, so you can manage your account anytime from any device.


Yes. We highly recommend enrolling in automatic monthly payments to simplify your billing and prevent missed payments or late fees. Once enrolled, your lease renews automatically at the start of each month.


Malabar Mini Storage offers flexible, month-to-month leasing with no long-term commitments or deposits required. You can rent for exactly as long as you need, no more, no less.


We do not send monthly invoices by default, but we’re happy to provide them upon request. Just let our team know, and we can add billing statements to your account preferences.


We do not provide tenant insurance directly, but we strongly encourage customers to secure coverage. Many homeowners’ and renters’ insurance policies include protection for items stored off-site. Check with your insurance provider to confirm whether your policy covers stored items or if additional coverage is needed.
